About Kitong International

Kitong Bisa Foundation International's mission is to empower individuals and families by providing education, skills training, and other support to enable them to self-provide; to be independent, responsible, and successful business owners; and to promote sustainable development, diversity, inclusion, and environmental protection through developing and implementing modern, efficient, and clean technologies, including the democratization of renewable energy generation.

We are currently working through our sister organization in Indonesia, Yayasan Kitong Bisa Indonesia, in Papua, North Sulawesi, Bali, and other areas in Indonesia.

Our Mission

Our Vision

We envision that everyone, wherever they may live, understands they can thrive as an environmentally conscious entrepreneur. We design our projects and programs to achieve this vision.

In the journey to realize this vision, we have completed several programs. We are currently partnering with other NGOs, multi-national companies, government agencies, and home offices in Indonesia and the U.S. on projects and programs in Indonesia.

Our longest-running program is the English-learning centers for K-12 school-aged children in Papua.

We have started facilitation for the 100 Million Learners program to provide additional knowledge for people in Indonesia who are starting their own micro and small businesses. We partnered with domestic and international corporations in Indonesia to provide scholarships for college students.
